From karting to the top levels of motorsport — MV-1 brings structure, clarity, and professional oversight to drivers climbing the open-wheel and GT ladder.
MV-1 Sports Management is a driver-founded management and development firm. We combine first-hand racing experience, trusted industry relationships, and a data-driven approach to guide drivers and families through every stage of the ladder. Our goal is simple: to take our drivers all the way to the top — IndyCar, Formula 1, IMSA and the FIA World Endurance Championship.
Everything a driver and family needs to climb the ladder — handled by people who have raced it themselves.
We bring a structured, corporate approach to motorsport management — built on professionalism, efficiency, and results.
By working with a limited number of drivers, we keep a highly personalized relationship with each family. Every decision — from selecting a team to structuring a season — is grounded in data, experience, and the driver's long-term vision.
Our clients value discretion, attention to detail, and the confidence of experienced professionals guiding their investment.
